The Mayor of Dalian city presides over a town of 7m people and exports from this city alone, technology, construction materials etc, some USD25bn or to put the numbers into context, 90% of Uganda's GDP. His town is one of the cleanest in the world and a big seaport trading goods and services worth USD53bn in 2016 alone!
He was kind to meet Mr. Odek Rwabwogo's Team and encouraged companies in Dalian to come to Uganda.
