Odrek Rwabwogo reviews with the Tomosi Group staff the first session of this year's business teaching series that was held on February 10th 2017 themed; Learning to Learn, at the Group's head office in Luzira.
At the end of each training session, questions are drafted for the staff to answer later in the week on what they have learned or gained out of the training, then feedback is collected and reviewed as a team.
This is a good channel for effective problem solving for the growth of both individual and Group.
