Our team from the Tomosi Group human resource department visited the GM Security Tororo Branch
Mr. Aliba Rogers, the GM Security branch manager, Tororo guided the team on a tour of all assignments and had constructive interactions with the security guards there for both day and evening shifts.
There were one-on-one sessions held with each evening shift guard before deployment.
