Tomosi Group held a staff retreat at Tomosi’s Farm Bwesharire Ltd, Rushere from the 22nd-24th of July,2016.
The retreat was a reflection oh how far we have come as a Group and the journey that lies ahead. Great emphasis was put on our core values (Nemerako, Mushana, Huguuka,Nyelo, Emiti, Omutindo,& Essesian) and the Team was urged to live these values.
The staff also discussed strategic business decisions and key aspects of the business that include; product development, Customer Support and Financial performance.
On a lighter note, the staff had a great time with great farm food, early morning drills/physical exercises and above all, team bonding at the end of the 3 days.
