Mr. Odrek Rwabwogo on Friday the 10th of February 2017 started business training sessions under the theme 'Gaining Scale' that will be carried out monthly for Tomosi Group staff.
The Tomosi Group Lecture series in "Business Development" will seek to optimize the potential of human capital, build a strong, knowledgeable and highly skilled team able to handle tough decisions making processes, grow and provide leadership to the Group and will enhance a corporate culture and internal business reforms that it begun in 2014 at the Kangulumira staff retreat and help the shareholders, the board and management manage transition and legacy issues.
